I have been fascinated by technology from an early age on. Whenever I come across a gadget with a CPU I have to immediately figure out how it's working. While studying computer science in college, I realized that I am equally interested in the people using the computer. Since college, I have worked as a technical writer, as a business analyst, and as a digital analyst. My aim has always been to make technology more accessible and to bring joy to the people who are using it.
To learn more about the intersection between humans and computers, I decided to pursue a Master of Science in Information with a specialization in Human Computer Interaction at the University of Michigan's School of Information. After obtaining my degree in April of 2018, I started working at Constant Contact in Waltham, MA as a UX Researcher.
I write for Mentality Magazine, a student-run publication that aims to de-stigmatize mental health.
Running is my favorite thing to do after waking up - if it's not icy. I don't compete much, but I love running for the way it makes me feel and for giving me a chance to be outdoors.
Meditation helps me stay focused and relaxed. I mediate on most mornings.
